Good family spot with some issues

The staff were really cute which made a difference. The room was quiet and surprisingly spacious for a family stay, close enough to eateries and shopping.

It wasn't the cheapest option, but given the circumstances, I guess it was acceptable.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was quiet and the bed was super comfy. It's right near the Galleria, which made shopping easy. Had no issues with cleanliness, but some might find an old smell lingering. Overall, not bad for a family stay.

Just a good match for a short staycation in Houston with good value. Check-in was smooth, and Ying Ying's smile made my day. Bring your own breakfast options for a better start!

The hotel is just a short walk from the Gerald D. Hines Waterwall Park and the Galleria mall area, making it super convenient for a weekend traveler who loves exploring the city on foot. after my stay, I truly appreciated the vibrant atmosphere of the nearby eateries like Truluck's and casual spots like The Burger Palace which were all within a few steps, allowing me to enjoy tasty meals without straying far from my base.
